1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Puerto Rico and the United States.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $3.00
Express Shipping: $8.00
Free In-Store Pickup (by appointment)

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

4. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! We offer Free In-Store Pickup.

Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup. You'll receive a notification once your order is ready.

5. What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Care team.

7. When will sold-out items be restocked?

Some of our collections are limited edition and may not be restocked.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.

If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee modifications, we'll do our best to assist you.
